Melinda is a psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist, with over 16 years experience assisting clients to overcome psychological issues.
Melinda has been a member of The Australian Psychological Society for 16 years, holds full membership with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a qualified member of the Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
Melinda is passionate about hypnotherapy and her ability to solve issues within a quick time frame. She successfully uses hypnotherapy for Quitting Smoking, Phobias and Reducing pain during childbirth. She also uses a wide variety of counselling techniques to assist with overcoming issues with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma Resolution and Addictions.
Melinda incorporates her skills in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions Focussed Therapy, and Family Systems Theory, either within, or independent to hypnosis.

Doctor Jason Gindidis
Jason is a registered psychologist and is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). He works predominately with adults and adolescents presenting with stress, anxiety and depression. Jason applies a solutions-focused approach to coaching and counselling, enabling clients to practically and incrementally work toward a desired future state of wellbeing.
Elizabeth is both a qualified social worker and psychologist with over 5 years’ experience in hospital and community settings. She takes an eclectic approach to working with her clients, incorporating her skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Solutions-focussed and Strengths-based Approaches. Elizabeth has experience in working with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, sleep difficulties, health behaviour change, parenting strategies/ skills, and assertiveness/ communication skills. Her special interest is helping clients to identify and overcome their psychological barriers to health behaviour change.
Alice is a qualified psychologist with over 12 years’ experience working with adults, adolescents and children, in both hospital and community settings, she has demonstrated effective and comprehensive assessment of the client population, knowledge of various neuropsychological syndromes and have treated people with a variety of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and sleep disorders.
Alice’s approach is based on a “Whatever it Takes” model, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strengths based, Solution-focussed therapy, with a special interest in neuro-behavioural integration.
Alice has considerable experience and skills in cognitive assessment, diagnosis and behaviour management, having worked in Cognitive and Memory Dementia Services (CDAMS) and rehabilitation settings, with clients who have sustained various forms of acquired brain injury.

Doctor Belinda Minett
Dr Belinda Minett is a qualified Clinical Psychologist and Social Worker, who completed her Doctor of Psychology at Deakin University. She is registered with the Australian Health Professionals Association (AHPRA) and is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Belinda has worked with a broad range of people who have experienced anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief and trauma, across both hospital and community settings. She has a strong interest in working with children and adolescents, as well as disability and carer issues.
Belinda engages clients using evidence based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Narrative therapy. She approaches sessions from a collaborative framework, and tailors her approach to the individual needs of clients.
Brett is a registered Psychologist with nearly 20 years experience. Brett has a wide range of experience in the mental health industry and worked in a variety of clinical settings and organisations. He provides counselling for a diverse range of psychological disorders; including treating mood and anxiety disorders, post traumatic stress and trauma, relationship dysfunction, self-development, self-esteem, workplace health and wellbeing, health & performance psychology and critical incident recovery.
His main treatment methods include in CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Trauma Debriefing, Mindfulness, and Coaching. His work has also included mediation, team development and health and wellbeing training.
Brett’s working history includes many different organisations, the Community Corrections Office, Community Health Centres, Lifeline Melbourne, Corporate and Private Sector, Federal, State and Local Government, Not for Profit and Community based services. Brett has previously worked in his own private practice for over 10 years.
